Warranty Information
Respiray OÜ, Mõisa 4, 13522, Tallinn (hereinafter referred to as „Respiray“) warrants that the
product is free from defective workmanship and parts for a period of two (2) years from the
date of the original purchase or the date of delivery, provided the product has been used,
cleaned and maintained in accordance with these instructions and Respiray’s
recommendations. This warranty does not include consumable parts, such as the filters,
which must be replaced regularly by the user.
This warranty does not cover:
o
Where the product has been used outside the intended use and our
recommendations,
o
Where damage has been caused by misuse, mishandling, accident or
excessive wear and tear.
Any claim under this warranty must be made within two (2) years of the date of the purchase
of the product.
If the buyer wishes to make a warranty claim, they should contact the relevant support
centre. The buyer will then receive further information about the processing of the warranty
claim, e.g. where they can send the product and what documentation is required.
A warranty claim shall only be considered if the buyer can provide Respiray, or an authorised
Respiray partner, with
o
A copy of the invoice/purchase receipt, and
o
The original product.
The following are explicitly excluded from this warranty:
o
Deterioration due to normal use or consumption of the product;
o
Accessories supplied with this product which are worn out or used up through
proper use (e.g. batteries, rechargeable batteries, cuffs, seals, electrodes, light
sources, attachments and nebuliser accessories, filters, etc.);
o
Products that are used, cleaned, stored or maintained improperly and/or
contrary to the provisions of the instructions for use, as well as products that
