Disassemble - LO85 Model shown

PB and silicone cap come easily off 

together with the top HSG

Bat door 

pin

PB and cap

Push out the batt pin with the pin removal tool and pull it out to separate the batt door from the module. 

Gently remove the batt door

Lift off the toggle and the silicone cap. Make sure that PB and TGL caps are 

correct in place onto the module when reassembling
