6.2 • Valves
Demand control:
The system‘s demand control is based on the operation of control valves that are connected to
the Healthbox. Sensors are integrated into the control valves. Depending on the measured sensor
values, the position of the valve blade is determined. The position of the blade varies between
15% and 100% of the nominal flow. This way, the exhaust flow is adjusted in function of the
present sensor(s);
