Alarm output will take the form of 3-state or line driven E signal depending on interface configuration. Also, some 
configurations do not output overspeed alarm. See TONiC FS Data Sheet (L-9517-9878) for details of interface 
configuration.

Diagnostic LEDs

Flash will effectively be invisible when incremental signal level is >70% when passing reference mark.

 For Functional Safe applications the set-up LED must be Green.
