PWMFS1 (Timer A1 programmable output mode select bit) (b1)
PWMFS2 (Timer A2 programmable output mode select bit) (b2)

These bits are enabled when bits TMOD1 to TMOD0 in the TAiMR register are 11b (PWM mode or
programmable output mode), and the MR3 bit in the TAiMR register is 0 (16-bit PWM mode).
