Problem
Possible cause/solution
Bluetooth pairing
cannot be
established.
Make sure the product is within its
effective working range (10 m).
If the product is connected to another
Bluetooth enabled device, disconnect
it first from the product and pair again.
Make sure your Bluetooth enabled
device’s Bluetooth function is turned
on and it is discoverable.
If there are too many Bluetooth
enabled devices near the product,
turn off unused devices to avoid
interference.
The sound is too
soft.
Check the volume setting on both the
product and the connected device,
and adjust the volume to a suitable
level.
Poor sound
quality or
distorted sound.
Make sure your Bluetooth enabled
device is within the product’s
Bluetooth range. Move your device
closer to the product.
