4.1.1

Inserting rechargeable batteries

The batteries must be fully charged before first application. The charging time is approx. three

hours. The batteries are charged when the green charging indicator is off

.

Inserting rechargeable batteries Fig.

Always replace all flat rechargeable batteries at once.
When the batteries are removed, the date, time and counter reading of the numbering machines are
maintained.

Open the battery compartment flap

at the rear of the marking device.

Ensure correct polarity and insert the batteries.

Close the battery compartment flap

.

4.1.2

Charge rechargeable batteries

Connect the mains adapter of the device to the connection socket provided for the mains adapter

and connect it to the mains, or

connect the device to a running PC by

micro USB

.

Green charging indicator

lights up.

Charging is complete when the charging indicator

is off.
