K. COOLING RECOVERY
The temperatures at the sensor Outdoor temp (AI5) and the Exhaust air sensor
(AI3) are compared.
If the exhaust air temperature is a preset number of degrees colder than the
outdoor temperature the heat exchanger or mixing dampers will be set for
maximum recovery. A heat exchanger will be set to full capacity and dampers to
maximum recirculation.
The value for minimum percentage outdoor air is set under the menu ”Settings”.

L. FREE COOLING
If the night temperature at sensor Room (AI7) exceeds a preset temperature the
supply and exhaust air fans are started to give free cooling. Heating, heat
exchange and cooling are not used during free cooling.
When two-speed fans have been configured the fans run at high speed during
free cooling.
Other prerequisites are that the outside temperature exceeds the preset value
(basic s10°C.) to prevent condensation and that the outside temperature
is a preset number of degrees lower than the room temperature (factory setting
3K). If this condition is not met, no cooling run will take place.

These can be changed for various functions.
0. External alarm + frost protection.
DI6 receives an external alarm. The alarm is presented in the alarm queue
as ”External alarm”. DO6 is controlled to be on as long as the frost protection
is in the normal position.
When the frost alarm is activated the output is deactivated. This function is
used when external switches for manual operation of the fans is desired.
1. Auto + Frost protection
In this position DI6 receives a signal that external switches are not in the
auto position. It is used primarily when the relay module RM6H-24/D with
external switches is connected to the controller. If any one of the switches is
not in the Auto position the alarm will be given after 5 minutes.
2. Fire damper exercise
DO6 is used to control fire dampers for exercising and testing.
Exercising is carried out once every 24 hours at the time set under
”Settings”. The basic setting is for 12 midnight.
During the exercising the fans will be stopped even if free cooling is active.
