Sensor type:
This sensor is a laser-based reflection light sensor. This sensor is equipped with the
background suppression function. The light spot (measuring surface) has a diameter of
approx. 0.5 mm at a 300 mm distance.
Application area sensor type 2:
It is highly suitable for detection of products with "unclear" contours, e.g. bags with flexible
shapes or products with inclined surfaces. It is also very suitable for colorful products or
products with very glossy or reflective surfaces. Glass objects can also be detected. With
the integrated "background suppression" function, the low tolerance and hysteresis, this
sensor can be set with high precision, which enables it to detect very thin products as well.
