Plug In
The RCA Sound Soother offers 2 options for power:
• 3 AAA batteries (not included)
• plug in
To install batteries:
1. Use a flat-head screwdriver to unscrew the battery door compartment on the bottom of
the sound soother.
2. Remove the battery door compartment and insert 3 AAA batteries (not included)
matching the + and – markings on the inside of the compartment.
3. Put the battery compartment door back on the bottom of the sound soother. Insert the
screw and use a flat-head screwdriver to screw it back in place.
Using the Sound Soother
turns the Sound Soother on and off (press and hold)
and cycles through the 10 sounds available.

adjust the volume of the sounds.
sets a sleep timer that automatically turns Sound
Soother sounds off after 30, 60, or 90 minutes. Press
repeatedly to change the length.
indicator lights show when the Sound
Soother is on ( ) and the length of the active sleep
timer. If there are no lights next to the numbers, a
timer has not been set and the sound soother will keep
playing.
DC IN
jack (back, not shown) plugs into the included AC
adapter for power.
AUX IN
jack (back, not shown) plugs into the included
audio cable to play sounds from your phone or other
audio device.

Le diffuseur de sons apaisants RCA offre 2 options d’alimentation :
• 3 piles AAA (non incluses)
• branchement
Installation des piles :
1. Utiliser un tournevis à tête plate pour dévisser le couvercle du compartiment à piles
au bas du diffuseur de sons apaisants.
2. Retirer le couvercle du compartiment à piles et insérer les 3 piles AAA (non incluses)
en respectant le marquage de polarité + et - à l’intérieur du compartiment.
3. Remettre le couvercle du compartiment à piles en place au bas du diffuseur de sons
appaisants. Insérer les vis et utiliser un tournevis à tête plate pour les revisser en place.
Utilisation du diffuseur de sons apaisants
permet d’allumer et d’éteindre le diffuseur de sons
apaisants (appuyer et maintenir enfoncé) et de passer
de l’un à l’autre des 10 sons disponibles.

permettent de régler le volume des sons.
permet de configurer une minuterie de veille qui
éteint automatiquement les sons du diffuseur de sons
apaisants après 30, 60, ou 90 minutes. Appuyer plusieurs
fois pour modifier la durée.
Les voyants
indiquent lorsque le diffuseur
de sons apaisants est allumé ( ) et la durée de la
minuterie de veille active. S’il n’y a pas de voyants
allumés à côté des nombres, la minuterie n’a pas été
configurée et le diffuseur de sons apaisants continuera
à diffuser les sons.
La prise

accepte l’adaptateur secteur inclus pour l’alimentation.
La prise
AUX IN
(Entrée auxiliaire), (à l’arrière, non
illustrée) accepte le câble audio pour diffuser les sons
de votre téléphone ou d’un autre appareil audio.
