on the Navigation button to move to the
next new message. If there are no more new messages, the display will remain on
the last new message until it times out and returns to Standby Mode.
9. To replay the message from the beginning, press

10. To play the previous message, press

Navigation
button.

A confirmation tone should sound each time you press 3 .

To delete a new message

press the soft button.
12. “Delete” appears on the display.

To view the caller ID information ,
press the soft button.

on the Navigation button to scroll through the options until
“View CID” appears on the display.

17. The display will show the date, time, name, and number of the caller, if available.

soft button to return to the new message option screen.

To transfer the message
to another extension, press the soft button.

“Transfer” appears on the display.

23. Enter the two-digit extension at the display prompt or press the soft
button to return to the new message option screen.
24. If the extension number is valid, the message will be transferred and the display
will return to the new message option screen.
