Garantie und Reparaturen
Garantieanfragen können nur bearbeitet
werden, wenn ein Originalkaufbeleg beiliegt,
aus dem der Käufer und das Kaufdatum
hervorgeht. Ob es sich hier um einen
Garantiefall handelt, muss vom Fachhändler
überprüft und bestätigt werden .
Kostenpflichtige Reparaturen
Liegt eine kostenpflichtige Reparatur vor,
bedarf es Ihrer Zustimmung. Kostenpflichtige
Reparaturen können durch Rayline erfolgen,
wenn wir die Freigabe des Händlers erhalten.
Sollten wir nach 90 Tagen keine
Einverständniserklärung zur Reparatur
vorliegen haben, behalten wir uns vor, das
Produkt zu vernichten oder anderweitig zu
verwerten. ACHTUNG: Kostenpflichtige
Reparaturen nehmen wir nur an Elektronik
und Motoren vor. Mechanische
Reparaturen,
besonders bei Hubschraubern und
RC-Cars, sind extrem aufwendig und
müssen deshalb vom Käufer selbst
vorgenommen oder extra bezahlt
werden.

Guarantee Period
The guarantee period correspond to the law
regulations of the country where the product
was bought. In Germany the guarantee period
lasts 6 month and the warranty period lasts 18
month after the guarantee period.
Limitations of guarantee:
(a) The guarantee is only warranted to the
original purchaser and is not assignable. The
right to claim is the repairing and the return of
the product due to the te r ms of this guarantee.
The Guarantee is only valid for products which
are bought from an authorized retailer . The
guarantee is not valid for sales to third
persons
. Warranty claims are only possible
with the appertaining bill. Rayline has the right
to change ore modify the guarantee
assignments without announcement and then
withdraw the present guarantee assignments.
(b) Rayline does not guarantee the sale of the
product, or the ability and the fitness of the
costumer for a specific use of the product. The
customer alone is responsible to prove if
he/her is able to use the product and if the
product corresponds to the purposes.
(c) Right to claim - Only Rayline decides, if the
product, that is a case of guarantee, gets
repaired or exchanged. Rayline has the right to
prove all inserted components concerning to
the case of guarantee. The right to decide if
the product gets repaired or exchanged lies by
Rayline
. The guarantee excludes facial defects
or defects which occurred because of force
majeure, because of wrong handling, wrong
purposes, and commercial usages or damages
which occurred after any technical or facial
modifications. The guarantee exclude all
damages or defects which occurred because
of mishandling, wrong installations, accidents,
and service- and reparation procedures which
are not done by Rayline. In case of return the
customer has to contact the retailer. All return
procedures with the customer must be
operated by the retailer directly and warranty
claims can be only submitted against the
retailer.
Damage Restriction
Rayline is not in charge for any direct or
indirect damages, income lasses or
commercial deficits which are related to the
product in any sense; and this independent of
any entitlements which are hold because of
contract terms, of guarantee or verification.
Furthermore Rayline does not accept any
claims that are raised because of a case of
guarantee that are beyond the single value of
the product itself. Rayline has no influence on
the customer's choice concerning the
installation, the usage or the service or product
combinations. Rayline does not guarantee and
does not accept any claims that occurred as
secondary damages of objects or persons.
With the usage of the product the purchaser
accept all terms of guarantee without any
restrictions or exceptions. lf you do not accept
these regulations concerning the usage of the
product, please return the item to your retailer
in an unused state with the original packing.
