11.3  Why is my Blade restarting in a Constant Boot-Loop? 

Step 1: If you applied the PYRA firmware to a blade that had different/older firmware, perform a reset 
to ensure the .json file is properly formatted 

Step 2: If you applied an old .json file from an older VoIP firmware to restore settings will cause a boot-
loop. Perform a reset on the VoIP interface.
