The product structure is mainly composed of two parts: mechanical system and
electronic control system;
6. 3 . 1 . 1 Mechanical system structure
The mechanical system is divided into two parts: the chassis and the movement.
As the carrier, the chassis is equipped with a reader/writer, a counter, a direction
knowledge device, an audible and visual alarm device, an infrared radiation
sensor, a door lock, etc.; the movement consists mainly of a motor, a reducer, a
frame, a drive shaft, a gate, and the like;
6. 3 . 1 . 2 Electronic control system
1) Electronic control system composition and function The electronic control
system is mainly composed of reader, main control board, infrared sensor,
direction indicator, counter, alarm
Devices, voice boards, limit switches, transformers, speakers, etc.; the main
components are as follows:

Reader: After reading the information on the card and after judging the
processing, it sends a gate signal to the main control board;

Main and auxiliary control boards: the control center of the product, receiving
signals from readers and infrared sensors, and performing these signals
