4.6.6 Calibration test
In this menu, the flow factor is determined based on a calibration test and saved
in the control unit.
Execute the calibration test:

Before spreading for the first time.

If the fertiliser quality has changed significantly (moisture, high dust content,
cracked grain).

If a new fertiliser type is used.
The calibration test must be carried out with the PTO engaged at a standstill or
during travel on a test section.

Remove both spreading discs.

Set the drop point to the calibration test position (DP 0).
Entering the working speed:
1.
Call up the Fertiliser settings > Start calibration menu.
2. Enter the average working speed.
This value is required to calculate the slide position during the calibration test.
3. Press the enter key .
 The new value is saved in the control unit.
 The Move to drop point (AXIS only) alarm is displayed.
4. Press the Start/Stop key.
 The drop point is approached.
 The alarm is cleared.
 The Prepare calibration operating screen is displayed.
Selecting the section width:

Determine the spreading side on which the calibration test is to be carried out.

Press the F1 function key to select the left spreading side.

Press the F4 function key to select the right spreading side.
 The symbol of the selected spreader side is displayed on a red
background.
NOTICE
The Calibration menu is locked for the M EMC function and in
AUTO km/h + AUTO kg operating mode. This menu item is inactive.

CAUTION
Risk of injury due to automatic adjustment of the drop point
For machines with electrical drop point actuators, the Move to
drop point alarm appears. After pressing the Start/Stop function
key, the drop point moves automatically to the preset value by
means of electric servomotors (SpeedServos). This may cause
injuries and material damage.

Before pressing Start/Stop , make sure nobody is in the
danger zone of the machine.
