If you have obtained the value from earlier calibrations or from the fertilizer chart, enter it manually in
this selection window.
u Access the menu Fertiliser settings > Turns/kg.
The currently set number of revolutions per kilogram will appear in the window.
u
Enter the value in the input field.
u Press OK .
The new value is saved in the machine control unit.
If you do not know the calibration factor:
u Enter the value 1.5 turns/kg.
u
Make sure to execute a calibration.
The calibration factor for this fertilizer is determined precisely.
4.5.3 Calibration
You execute the calibration to calibrate the precise amount of fertilizer. Fertilizer must be filled into the
hopper. Calibrations for up to 4 types of fertilizers can be stored.
Execute the calibration:
•
Before spreading for the first time
• If the fertilizer quality has changed significantly (moisture, high dust content, granulate damage)
• If a new fertilizer type is used
The calibration must either be conducted with a running PTO at a standstill or while driving over a test
section.
