Pressure cooking
DANGER
Risk of scalding and burns due to pressure cooking with alcohol
The system is designed for pressure cooking with water. If you pressurize food in liquids whose boiling point is
below that of water, such as alcohol, and unlock the lid of the crucible, the hot liquid may evaporate or splash
out of the crucible together with the food at a high velocity. This can cause severe scalding or burns.
1. Therefore, only use water as a cooking liquid when pressure cooking.

WARNING! Make sure that the pan edge is clean and that there are no objects between
the pan and pan lid. If the pan lid does not close properly, it may not be possible to start pressure cooking or
hot steam will escape during pressure cooking.

WARNING! If you block the pan lid, there is a risk of crushing fingers and hands.
Keep your distance from the unit while the pan lid is locked.

The pan lid is locked. Pressure is built up in the pan. Once the set cooking time has elapsed or the set core
temperature is reached, the pressure in the pan is lowered.
12. Press this button:

The pan lid is released and the cooking process has ended.
NOTE! Open the pan lid when instructed to do so.
If you do not open the pan lid, a vacuum may build up in the pan, which means you can no longer open the
pan lid.
