Select File...
"Select File..." is enabled as long as the "1-Port Data" network is selected. This net-
work is defined by its S-parameters stored in a one-port Touchstone file (
*.s1p
). No
additional parameters are required.
Note:
The loaded file is stored in the active recall set. Persisted recall sets contain the
full (de-)embedding data so that they can be transferred to other instruments.
Remote command:
MMEMory:LOAD:VNETworks<Ch>:GLOop:DEEMbedding<group>
MMEMory:LOAD:VNETworks<Ch>:GLOop:EMBedding<group>
Set to Ideal Ground
This function is enabled as long as the 1-Port Data network is active. An imported S-
parameter set is replaced by the S-parameters of an ideal through connection, which
eliminates the transformation network.
Ground Loop per Port Group
If selected, each port group (= DUT) can have its own ground loop deembedding and
embedding networks. Otherwise the same de-/embedding network is used for all active
ports.
The checkbox is only visible if the instrument supports
, which is the case
for R&S
ZNBT and 4-port R&S
ZNB with
.

Differential Match Tab
Allows you to specify a 2-port embedding network for the differential mode of a bal-
anced port.
Such a network is either defined
●
via its S-parameter stored in a two-port Touchstone file (
*.s2p
) or
●
by specifying the parameters of a "Shunt L, Shunt C" lumped element model
