To edit a predefined pattern

1. In the "VSA > Settings Overview" dialog box, select "Signal Description".

2. Press "Pattern Settings".

3. Select the pattern from the list of "All Patterns".

4. Press "Edit Pattern".

5. Change the settings as required as described in

"To create a new pattern"

To delete a predefined pattern

1. In the "VSA > Settings Overview" dialog box, select "Signal Description".

2. Press "Pattern Settings".

3. Select the pattern from the list of "All Patterns".

4. Press "Delete Pattern".

The pattern is removed from the list of available patterns and can no longer be
assigned to any standard. Any existing assignments to other standards are
removed, as well.

To remove a predefined pattern from a standard

1. In the "VSA > Settings Overview" menu, select "Signal Description".

2. Press "Pattern Settings".

3. Select the pattern from the list of "Standard Patterns".
