Usage:
Query only
DIAGnostic:HUMS:SW?
This command returns the installed software information of the instrument. Depending
on the set data format, the queried data is either displayed in
XML
or
JSON
format. For
more information about setting the data format, see

<block_data>
For each installed software package it returns the following infor-
mation as block data in a comma-separated list:
#blockdata[{<index>,<name>,<softwareType>,
<installDate>}]
Binary block data with the following syntax:
