WARNING
Even in the best of conditions, ultralight flying may be hazardous. The user of this ultralight ac-
knowledges the existence of such hazards.
Before his first flight, the user must pledge to read this manual. He shall follow exactly the in-
structions given.
He should be advised that the weight of any additional equipment increases the empty weight of
the aircraft and decreases its useful load accordingly -- since maximum weight cannot be ex-
ceeded.
The user pledges to carry out all the mandatory alterations specified in Rand Kar's regular newslet-
ters.
Any alterations or repair other than those specified by the manufacturer, or carried out without the
manufacturer's agreement shall void the warranty.
The user must be a licensed Ultralight pilot.
Rand Kar Sarl cannot be held responsible for any incidents or accidents caused by improper as-
sembly, or reckless use of the ultralight, particularly when flying in bad weather, performing aero-
batics maneuvers, or maneuvers exceeding the flight envelope of the aircraft;
