Install the first two lower and upper battens (they are the larger ones) in their sheath 

Install the three first upper battens (starting from the wing root)  . 

Tension the wing sleeves and bring them together using webbing straps 133 235 (E9A)(proceed 

gradually, tensioning each strap in several stages). Five straps join the upper root battens, and 

three join the lower ones. The longer strap goes on the two rear battens of the under surface. 

Insert the remaining upper battens one by one alternately on each wing. 

Do the same with the lower surface battens.

Install the wing nappy between the two wings. The one with the batten on the 

upper surface and one without batten on the lower surface. 

Tensioning will have to be repeated after the first flight.

Installer les lattes d’emplanture d’intrados et d’extrados ( ce sont les plus grosses) 

Installer les trois premières lattes d’extrados dans leur fourreaux (en partant de l’emplan-

ture de l’aile). 

Tendre les voiles ensemble avec les sangles 133.235 (E9A)(progressivement en faisant plu-

sieurs passages sur chaque sangle).Il y a cinq sangles reliant les lattes d’emplanture d’ex-

trados et trois reliant les lattes d’emplanture d’intrados. La sangle longue relie les deux lat-

tes d’intrados coté bord de fuite 

Introduire les autres lattes d’extrados une par une et alternativement sur chaque aile. 

Idem pour les lattes d’intrados. 

Retendre les sangles après un premier vol

Positionner les toiles de liaison entre les deux ailes. Une avec la latte qui se posi-

tionne sur l’extrados de l’aile et une sans latte qui va sur l’intrados.
