Security
A
link
password
is
used
to
enable
AES
signal
encryption.
This
password
is
unique
to
the
link
(it
is
not
the
password
for
user/NOC
access
to
the
radio
units,
or
to
the
WiFi).
All
units
must
have
the
same
link
password
to
enable
proper
data
transfer.
It
should
not
be
necessary
to
change
this,
but
if
it
is,
do
so
as
follows:
1. Enter
the
current
link
password
(The
default
password
is
wireless
‐
p2mp)
2. Enter
the
new
link
password
in
New
Password,
and
confirm
it
in
Confirm
Password.
3. Click
Save
.

Unit
Backup
Use
this
option
to
back
up
the
configuration
of
the
SU
PRO/AIR
unit.
We
recommend
carrying
out
a
backup
before
carrying
out
a
software
upgrade.
1. Click
Download
file
2. The
system
will
commence
the
backup
procedure.
3. The
backup
file
will
be
located
in
the
downloads
location
of
the
managing
computer,
with
the
extension
*.backupl
4. You
can
retrieve
this
backup
file
by
clicking
on
Retrieve
backup
file
and
browsing
to
the
file
location.
Software
upgrade
Use
this
option
to
upgrade
the
software/system
release
on
the
SU
PRO/AIR
unit.
1. Click
Manual
upload
,
and
locate
the
SWUL_5k.swul
file.
2. The
name,
size
and
status
of
the
file
will
be
shown.
3. Once
you
are
sure
that
this
is
the
correct
file
to
use,
select
it,
and
click
Open
.
The
file
will
be
uploaded
to
the
unit,
and
validated.
A
description
of
the
file
will
be
displayed.
A
link
password
must
contain
at
least
eight
but
no
more
than
16
characters
excluding
SPACE,
TAB,
and
any
of
“>#@|*?;.”
Restoring
Factory
Defaults
returns
the
Link
Password
to
wirelessp2mp.
