7. Pipettes calibration home screen is displayed, tested volume and process status <In progress>
are visible in INFO field. The task bar displays prompts guiding you through the process -
<Weighing sample C1/V1/N1>, where: C1 – channel number; V1 – volume number for
a channel; N1 – measurement number for tested volume.
8. Keep following the prompts until the calibration process is completed. INFO field provides you
with information on the on-going process (average volume, error values).
9. On confirmation of the last measurement a window with ambient condition parameters is
displayed again. Enter the parameters and press <
> button for confirmation.
10. A report is generated automatically, the report is printed and recorded in pipettes calibration
reports database (ambient conditions and water temperature values given on a report are
average values from the process);
11. Press <
> button located in the bottom bar. For multichannel pipette message you are
asked whether the process shall be continued for remaining channels. On confirmation the
balance carries out calibration / testing process for the following channels. The settings remain
unchanged.
12. You can start the following procedure for the same pipette or select another pipette form
pipettes database.
24.6. REPORT ON COMPLETED PIPETTE CALIBRATION PROCESS
On completing the calibration process a report is generated. The report is saved to the
<
Pipette
calibration reports>
database. The files are named by date and time (hour) of density determining
process.
