30.8. PREPACKED GOODS CONTROLS
Each product control carried out in SQC or PGC mode is sent to a connected printer and saved to
the

Prepacked Goods Controls>
database. Each control saved to the database features its
specific number set at the moment of its completion.
Control number format:
X / y y / M M / d d / H H / m m
, where:
X - control type which takes the following values:
U – control regulated by the act,
Z – control completed by a user,
W - control regulated by an internal criteria for PGC or SQC mode.
yy – year of control end,
MM – month of control end,
dd – day of control end,
HH – hour of control end,
mm – minute of control end.
You can preview data on each control.
Procedure:

[average value from carried out measurements]

[average disqualifying value]

[average standard deviation]
10. Batch quantity
[the value of batch quantity (batch size) for which the
software accepts the size of tested sample in
accordance with the regulation]
11. Measurements quantity
[no. of completed measurements]

[control method (internal criteria, regulated by the
