30.8. PREPACKED GOODS CONTROLS
Each product control carried out in SQC or PGC mode is sent to a connected printer and saved to
the < Prepacked Goods Controls> database. Each control saved to the database features its
specific number set at the moment of its completion.
Control number format:
X / y y / M M / d d / H H / m m
, where:
X - control type which takes the following values:
U – control regulated by the act,
Z – control completed by a user,
W - control regulated by an internal criteria for PGC or SQC mode.
yy – year of control end,
MM – month of control end,
dd – day of control end,
HH – hour of control end,
mm – minute of control end.
You can preview data on each control.
Procedure:
1. Enter submenu <
Databases> in accordance with section 30 of this user manual.
2. Enter < Prepacked Goods Controls> database and select a desired control record.
List of parameters defined for a control:
1. Batch number [batch no. of a controlled product]
2. Result [status (result) of a control]
3. Start date [date of control start]
4. End date [date of control end]
5. Product [name of a controlled product]
6. User [name of a user carrying out the control]
7. Average [average value from carried out measurements]
8. Average limit [average disqualifying value]
9. Standard deviation [average standard deviation]
10. Batch quantity [the value of batch quantity (batch size) for which the
software accepts the size of tested sample in
accordance with the regulation]
11. Measurements quantity [no. of completed measurements]
12. Method [control method (internal criteria, regulated by the
act)]
30.9. AVERAGE TARES
(function not available in standard balance version)
Before starting a <Non-destructive average tare> control an average tare value may be determined
by weighing the packages. Each of above processes is automatically saved to the < Average
tares> database. Each control saved to the database on determining average tare value features its
specific number set at the moment of its completion.
