Return to < SQC> mode home screen, press button (control start) located in the
bottom bar,

<Batch Number> window with an on-screen keyboard opens (only if <Request batch
number> parameter is set to <YES> parameter),

Enter the number of controlled product batch, press button to confirm.
CAUTION:
You can abort the control process at any time, to do it press button (control stop)
located in the bottom bar.
In the course of control other soft keys and function keys, and keys are
locked.
26.2. Mode Related Settings
The supplementary settings enable you to adjust the working mode to your needs and
requirements.
SQC functions:

Request batch number
use this function to force the user to enter batch number of a product prior each control
procedure start.
Procedure:
Select <Request batch number> parameter, window with NO/YES values is displayed.
Select <No> – option disabled, or <Yes> – option enabled.
The previous screen is displayed automatically.

Batch number
use this function to enter identification number for controlled products batch.
Procedure:
Select < Batch number> parameter, Batch Number edit box with an alphanumeric
keyboard is displayed.
Enter the required batch number and press button to confirm.

26.3. Control Operation
Procedure:
Press < Product> button to select product to be controlled. Press button located in
the bottom bar to initiate the control; an editing box with an on-screen keyboard opens. Enter
the batch number and confirm the operation. The software proceeds to the next process
steps.
In the course of the control, measurement results are analysed in real time and the following
prompts are displayed:
Batch quantity 1 / 10 - A command on process course and the quantity
of all measurements in a tested batch.
Product - Controlled product name
