The HD6-600 Mobile DVR system draws a small amount of current in stand-by mode.
If the systems are installed, but not used for an extended length of time (i.e., longer than
two weeks) it is recommended that the power be disconnected from the DVR to avoid
draining the vehicle battery. The DVR internal clock will hold the time and date for up
to 10 years sitting on a shelf. The daylight-saving time functions will resume upon re-
initialization when power is applied.
