Problem solving

Condition

A lot of oil entered the
condensate treatment
device.

Compressor
malfunctioning

Replace all filters. Clean the vessels. Check the
compressor.

The service indicator
(5 - View of the unit)
rises

Too much
condensate flows into
the condensate
treatment device.

Check the compressor FAD (see section 

Technical data

).

Cloudy condensate at
the outlet.

Improper sizing.

It is possible that the compressor produces stable and
strong emulsions due to various environmental and working
conditions. Check if the sizing was done properly. FAD of
the installation should be equal to or lower than the
recommended value and correct filter media must be
selected based on the oil type. See section
