10.5 Troubleshooting

Problem

Recommended Action

Your laptop cannot connect to

https://169.254.140.1:10443/

Make sure you have given your laptop an IP address in

the same range as the System Node's default
link local IP address of the

eth2

network interface

You might be connected to the wrong System Node.

Recheck your physical cabling.

When the configuration wizard completes, the system

raises a single critical event.

This event,

ELASTICSEARCH_CLUSTER_HEALTH_STATUS_CR

ITICAL,

can be safely ignored.

Post-login configuration gets stuck on setting the master

encryption phrase.

Quantum Support must refer to internal documentation to
