Loosen the thumb knobs on each side of the conveyor backrest as shown below

and adjust accordingly.

Re-tighten the thumb screw knobs on both sides once the final adjustments have

been made.

If envelopes feed erratically, try adjusting the backrest angle

inbetween fully raised and lowered positions.

Envelope Separator Adjustment

The separator prevents more than one envelope being fed at a time.

First open the Insert Head side cover.
