ControlLogix Aliases
AN-X uses the Ethernet/IP configuration to create aliases that can be imported into
RSLogix 5000. Use these alias tags in your RSLogix 5000 program to access the data on
the AN-X.
There are two sets of alias files, one for exclusive owner connections and one for listen
only connections.
In the web interface, select
Automation Network/View Configuration Files
.
To view the files, click either
AN-X2-GENI Ethernet/IP ControlLogix Exclusive Owner
Data Tags
or
AN-X2-GENI Ethernet/IP ControlLogix Input Only Data Tags
.
To save the file to your computer, right click on the link and select
Save Target As…
