Unable to get host Informa-
tion.
Cause:
The iqlremote agent is not running or installed.
Solution:
Verify that the iqlremote agent is installed and running (see
“Verifying That iqlremote is Installed and Running” on page 7-13
).
Unable to display HBA Infor-
mation, HBA Statistics, or Tar-
get Information (HBA).
Cause:
The iqlremote agent is not running or is not installed.
Solution:
Verify that the iqlremote agent is installed and running (see
“Verifying That iqlremote is Installed and Running” on page 7-13
).
Cause:
An incorrect or no HBA driver is installed.
Solution:
Install the appropriate HBA driver (see
“Verifying That the
HBA Driver is Installed” on page 7-12
).
Cause:
The HBA is not installed.
Solution:
Install the HBA.
Unable to run update BIOS.
Cause:
This feature is not supported for all operating systems.
Solution:
Updating the BIOS is available only for supported Windows
and Linux systems. For details, see the help topic,

.
