Optional: QIAsphere Base Factory Reset
In case you have used the QIAsphere Base before and you do not remember the self-defined
password, you can set the QIAsphere Base back to factory settings.
1.
Make sure no dongle is attached to the QIAsphere Base.
2.
Plug in the QIAsphere Base power cord to turn it on.
3.
Wait for at least one minute
4.
Open the service panel and press and hold the
Factory Reset
button for 10 seconds.
