annual maintenance. The annual maintenance reminder will appear every 6 months if the interval
was set to

Servicing
Each EZ1 Advanced XL is supplied with a one-year warranty that includes all repairs due to
mechanical breakdown. Worldwide, the maximum time for response to a breakdown is 5 days.
Application development, software upgrades, worktable accessories, disposable items and
replacement of spare parts such as syringes, tubing and pipet tips are not included in the warranty.
QIAGEN offers comprehensive Service Support Agreements, including IQ/OQ, Warranty
Extensions, Full Cover Support Agreements and Maintenance Agreements. Service Support
Agreements ensure high performance from your EZ1 Advanced XL. In addition, service histories are
fully documented and all parts are certified and guaranteed.

information about flexible Service Support Agreements from QIAGEN.
6.1
Regular maintenance procedure
Regular maintenance is required after each run on the EZ1 Advanced XL.
The EZ1 Advanced XL must only be operated by qualified personnel who have been appropriately
trained.
Servicing of the EZ1 Advanced XL must only be performed by QIAGEN Field Service Specialists.
