Before switching the pump
on, check the voltage
setting and fuse on the
backside:

Insert the 3-stop color-coded tubing into the cassettes.

Set the pump speed by
adjusting the 2-digit selector.
The pump tubing supplied by
Q-Sense has an ID of 0.38
mm, giving the following flow
rates:
3.2 rpm = 28 µl/min (select “01”)
160 rpm = 1.4 ml/min (select “99”)
