Camera Fan Not Running
Check the set point temperature in your software application. Make sure it is set to a temperature cooler than
+5°C. (The stabilizing temperature when the fan is turned off is +5°C.) Try modifying the sensor temperature
to see if the fan turns on. Contact QImaging Support if the fan still does not run.
Camera Running Too Warm
It is normal for the camera to be slightly warm to the touch while in operation. However, if the camera is more
than slightly warm to the touch (and at least one inch of space has been left around the camera housing),
switch off the camera immediately and contact QImaging Support.
