need to pass through this tunnel so
make it big enough.
10. If you route the receiver cavity for a
tight fit (at its sides) you may not need to
use Velcro® or other means to retain
the receiver. Route the cavity so the
receiver is flush with, or slightly below,
the wing saddle.
11. Complete the plumbing behind the
radio and pneumatic plate. Secure the
plate and pull the switch wiring into the
wing saddle as much as possible.
Attach your elevator and rudder servo
leads and all extensions (that go to the
wing) to the receiver.
Belly Pan
1. Attach the wing to the fuse, attach
wiring and hand tighten the wing bolts.
Rough trim the belly pan, essentially
removing the vertical flashing. Lay the
belly pan onto the wing. Center the pan
and press the portion of the pan that
curves at the wing’s LE firmly against
the wing. Tape in place.
2. The belly pan has a crease that will
help you finish trim this part. Run a pen
along the crease from the wing’s LE to
the wing’s 1/8” balsa TE.
At the balsa TE, extend the trim line, as
shown below, and then follow the edge
of the wing’s fixed TE.
