VIP-NET-M28A Network Switch - USER MANUAL

Rate Limiters 

This page allows you to configure the rate limiter for the ACL of the switch. 
 

 

 

Label 

Description 

Rate Limiter ID 

The rate limiter ID for the settings contained in the same row. 

Rate 

The rate unit is packet per second (pps), which can be configured as 
1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, 1K, 2K, 4K, 8K, 16K, 32K, 64K, 
128K, 256K, 512K, or 1024K.  
The 1 kpps is actually 1002.1 pps. 

 
 

ACL Control List 

This page allows you to configure ACE (Access Control Entry). 
An ACE consists of several parameters. These parameters vary  with the frame type you have selected. 
First select the ingress port for the ACE, and then the frame type. Different parameter options are displayed 
according to the frame type you have selected. 
A frame matching the ACE can be configured here.
