2. If the displayed date is correct, press the
<ENTER>
key. If the date is
wrong, enter the correct date. Use two digits each for the month, for the
day, and for the year (e.g.
101602
). The program will automatically
format the entry (e.g.
10/16/02
).
3. If the displayed time is correct, press the
<ENT>
key. If the time is wrong,
enter the correct time in 24-hour format. Use two digits each for the
hour, minute, and seconds (e.g.,
211732
).
Reviewing the Collected Data
Before uploading collected data, review it on the PT40 and delete incorrect or
unnecessary records.
1. From any screen that offers
REV
as an option, select
<F3>
to display the
data-review screen (shown in
Figure 2-14 on page 2-28
).
• The last data that was input is displayed on the third line of the
screen.
• If the record includes a quantity, the quantity is given after a comma
at the end of the line.
