possible. To save a log file, please follow these steps:

Insert a

FAT32-formatted USB flash drive

into the printer

Navigate to

Main Menu - Settings - System Logs - Save to USB Drive

Wait until the logs are written on the USB drive. Once the procedure is finished, the printer

will return to the Advanced Settings menu
Remove the USB drive, plug it in your PC and look for the saved log file (.txt.gz). Send this file

along with your description of the issue to our tech support
Alternatively, you can use the

"Upload to Server" option

if your SL1S is connected to the

internet. The printer will upload the log to our secure server and generate a unique code.
Contact our tech support - we can then use the code to locate the log on our servers and
analyze the issue.
