Limited Warranty
USE
The digital scale is intended for personal use and should only be used with care as explained in the user manual.
WARRANTY
The supplier guarantees the functioning of the digital scale without any manufacturing defects. This warranty
applies for the duration of two years counting from the date of purchase by the customer. The warranty is only
considered valid if presented in combination with the purchase receipt referring to the device in question. The
measuring and calibration of the digital scale are not covered by the warranty.
EXCLUSIONS
The warranty cannot be applied in the following situations:
1. Pieces and components subject to wear and tear due
to normal use of the digital scale.
2. Anomalies caused by incorrect use, that is not in
compliance with the instructions in the user manual.
3. Incompliance with the instructions for use and con-
servation as stated in the user manual.
4. The opening of the digital scale by third parties
unauthorized to repair the device.
5. Any alterations to internal or external components.
6. Any damage incurred by battery leakage, the
breaking of components or any other factor that leads
to irregular functioning of the digital scale.
7. Submersion in or excessive contact with water.
COLLECTION AND TRANSPORT COSTS
The costs for the collection and transport of the device, resulting from any situation covered by the warranty, are to
be borne entirely by the customer.
EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
Do not use the digital scale if you have a pacemaker or any other internal or implanted medical device. This device
is not intended for use by children under 10 years of age. Its use is not recommended for women during their
pregnancy. Always consult your physician or healthcare professional. To prevent slippage or accidents, make sure
both the glass surface and the soles of the feet are dry before stepping on the scale.
