Remote-Controlled Functions

rejected. Your authorisation is checked in the same way as for call forwarding 
within the Forum 500 / Forum 5000. 
A correct entry is confirmed with a positive acknowledgement signal, provided 
the system administrator has not deactivated this function (in the 

Configurator

Telephony > Settings

 menu). The external call is subsequently 

ended.

Note:

The procedure is aborted if there is a pause of longer than 60 
seconds between the entry of two digits. With this duration, 
remote-controlled functions using GSM cell phones can also be 
realised.

your voicebox, you can query and configure your voicebox from an external 
telephone:
