Forum 550 Card 8 analogue extensions

Field of application

The Forum 550 Card 8 analogue extensions interface card provides eight
analogue interfaces for connecting analogue terminals.

The Forum 550 Card 8 analogue extensions interface card can be installed in
any of the slots (1 to 12) of a Forum Gateway 560 (see

Technical information

●

The Forum 550 Card 8 analogue extensions interface card can – when
operating multiple Forum Gateways 560 – be operated on any
Forum Gateway 560.

●

The Forum 550 Card 8 analogue extensions interface card supports pulse
dialling as well as dual-tone multi-frequency (DTMF) dialling.

●

Calling line identification presentation (CLIP) is supported.

●

Busy tone detection is not supported.

●

The Forum 550 Card 8 analogue extensions interface card runs on
software acquired from the system. After the card has been installed it will
automatically load the required software.

●

No settings need to be made on the Forum 550 Card 8 analogue exten-
sions interface card.
