176 Menus at Your SIP System Telephone
– You will see call number and (if applicable) the caller’s name,
the time of the last call, and the number of calls. When you
have multiple trunk keys configured on your telephone, the
trunk key (call number) on which the call was received is indi-
cated.
– Delete : The entry is deleted.
– Delete all : The list is deleted after a confirmation prompt.
– Use the ,key to call the caller back. If there are multiple
trunk keys configured on your telephone (please refer to the
chapter
Making External/Internal Calls on page 127), upon
callback, the trunk key is automatically seized with which you
originally received the call.
Operation at the Forum IPhone 5025/5030/5040
Select an entry from the list of callers.
– You can call the caller back by picking up the handset .
Alternatively, you can also press one of the following softkeys.
– Delete all : The list is deleted after a confirmation prompt.
– Delete : The entry is deleted.
– Info : You will see call number and (if applicable) the caller’s name,
the time of the last call, and the number of calls. When you have

received messages.
Messages that have not yet been played back are marked with a
“+”. The most recently received messages are at the top of the
list.
