WARNINGS:
- Do not touch the screws or springs during use.
- Make sure the set is fully secure before hitting the bag.
- Only use the set in areas that are clear of obstacles, objects,
and other people. Do not use near anything valuable in case
the bag or set comes loose.
- Be aware that any exercise involving physical contact may
result in injury.
Need to move the filled set?
1. Insert cardboard pieces under the suction cups to separate
from the floor.
2. Slide the base to the desired location.
