Updating Drivers

To install an updated driver onto your computer:

Download the latest driver installer file from PROMISE support:

http://www.promise.com/support/

and save it to your computer.

The driver installer file name has a .pkg (package)
suffix.

Double-click the driver installer icon (right).

The Welcome dialog box appears.

Click the

Continue

button.

The Install dialog box appears.

Click the

Install

button.

The password dialog box appears.

Type your password in the field provided and click the

button.

The Confirmation dialog box appears to inform you that you must restart
your computer when installation is done.
