Safety
•
The thermometer must not be dismantled or modified in any way.
•
The thermometer is only intended for indoor use. Do not expose it to moisture.
•
The thermometer is not intended to be used as a reference thermometer and Clas Ohlson will not be
held liable for any damage which may result from inaccurate readings.
•
The battery should be removed from the thermometer if it is not to be used for an extended period,
otherwise the battery might leak and damage the thermometer. Never leave a discharged battery in
the battery compartment.
•
The max and min values will be deleted when the battery is changed.
•
The thermometer must never be subjected to shocks or impacts.
•
The thermometer is not a toy. Keep it out of children’s reach.

Operating instructions
1. Insert 1 × AAA/LR03 battery (sold separately) observing
the polarity markings in the battery compartment.
2. The current temperature will be displayed in large digits at
the top of the screen after a few seconds.
3. Select the unit of measurement, °C or °F by pressing [ °C/°F ].
4. The highest and lowest temperatures reached since
the thermometer was last reset or cleared, Max and Min,
are displayed at the bottom of the screen.
5. The Max and Min temperatures can be cleared by pressing
the [ RESET ] button.
Resetting
If abnormal characters are displayed, the thermometer can be reset by
removing the battery, waiting a few seconds and then putting it back in again.
Care and maintenance
•
Clean the product using a soft, moist cloth. Use a mild detergent – never use a solvent or strong,
abrasive detergent, as this may damage the product.
•
The battery should be replaced when the display becomes difficult to read.
Disposal
This product should be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
If you are unsure how to proceed, contact your local council.
