7. SEcURITy TIPS
l
Obey absolutely valid regulations on the electrical security
l
Never run pump dry
l
Pumping inflammable, as well as all other aggressive liquids is prohibited
l
Pay attention to the medium temperature max. 35°C
l
Never pull the pump on the electrical cable or pressure hose
l
Avoid cross section narrowing
l
Pay attention to the given particle size
l
During longer unused times, clean the pump, wash it out with clear water, dry and store it
at room temperature
l
Test wells for enough flowing water (dry run danger)
l
The pump is to be secured through a RCD circuit breaker with a release current of 30 mA.
l
The electrical connections are always to be carried out by an authorised professional
l
The pump may be used by children aged 8 years and above as well as persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental abilities or those who lack skills, experience and knowledge only if
they are supervised. These aforementioned persons should only use the appliance while adhe-
ring to safe instructions and resulting dangers.

Cleaning and maintenance must not be carried out by children without supervision.
l
Under certain cirumstances, it is possible that that contamination of water is caused by leakage.

By pressing the “ “ or “ “ key, the setpoint value of the working pressure can be set; a
short press of the “ “ key increases the pressure by 0.1 bar each time. A short press of the “
“ button reduces the pressure by 0.1 bar each, holding the buttons causes the pressure to
rise or fall quickly.

Open the water tap after setting the pressure, the control system regulates the pump accor-
ding to the water demand. Check that the pump is running normally and that the pressure
shown on the display is constant. If this is the case, the installation is complete. If you notice
any irregularities, repeat the procedure.

Indicates that the motor is in shutdown state.
The factory default setting value is 3bar.
8 shutdown state Indicates that the motor is in shutdown state.
9 Increase button Press the button one time can increase 0.1 bar, .long time
press can increase rapidly
10 Decrease button Press the button one time can reduce 0.1 bar, long time
press can reduced rapidly.
Fault code description
NO. Code Fault cause
1 lU The network voltage is below 120V.
2 OU The network voltage is over 260V.
3 OlP Motor with short circuit or over-current problems.
4 OLD Exceed the setcurrent or load power.
5 EH Motor is blocked.
6 EP Open phase.
7 lP Water shortage.
8 OS Sensor fails or the sensor is not detected.
9 OC Temperature is higher than the set protection temperature.
10 OCP
System pressure is higher than the maximum range of the
sensor.
11 EAA
The code displayed when communication failure between
drive control plate.
12 LL
The code displayed when the system continues to operate
for more 4 hours (or more than set working hours).

8. SERVIcING
It must be regularly checked the pump filter and clean if necessary. The service inter-
vals are based on the respective usage. We recommend a weekly Kontrole in much dirt
accumulation, if necessary daily inspection. Under normal pumping conditions the pump
requires no servicing.
With abrasive materials like sand the servicing duration can become shorter.
The following controls should be carried out regularly:

Intactness of the electric cable
l
That the connection hoses are not bent or broken
l
Cleanness of the pump medium
Moreover, the pump should be emptied with risk of frost, be washed out with clear water
and stored dry.
