8.2

Cleaning the Fan Filter

Excessive dirt and dust in the filter of the PL’s electric fan can potentially affect the performance of the unit.

Regular inspection and cleaning of the filter is strongly recommended.

(1)

Unscrew one screw fixing the fan filter cover.

(2)

Remove the filter from the fan cover.

(3)

Clean the filter completely. If stubborn dirt or stains are present, wash the filter with a neutral detergent.

(4)

Put the filter on the unit, and install the filter cover on the unit by fastening one screw.

• Do not wring the filter to dry it.

• Dry the filter in the shade.

• Dry the filter completely before reattaching.
