Troubleshooting Checklist
Introduction
When a problem occurs, make sure to go through the checklist and follow the instructions given.
Here are the main issues that may occur when using this product:

The display is blank:

No display appears after this product is switched on

The screen disappears during standard operation

The screen does not display normally

The touch panel does not respond
NOTE: If the following checklists do not solve your problem, please contact customer support.
No Display
The table below suggests actions to take if this product’s display is blank or if the screen turns itself
off.
Step Check/Operation Solution
1 Is the status LED red?

If No, go to Step 2.

If Yes, go to Step 8.
2 Is the status LED blinking orange?

If No, go to Step 3.

If Yes, check the cable connection and
restart the host.
3 Is the status LED green?

If No, go to Step 4.

If Yes, go to Step 8.
4 Is the status LED fading in and out?

If No, go to Step 5.

If Yes, reconnect the DVI-D cable properly.
5 Are you using the correct voltage to power the
product?

If No, use the correct voltage (see page 33) .

If Yes, go to Step 6.
6 Turn off the power. Go to Step 7.
7 Is the power cable connected properly?

If No, connect it properly (see page 64) .

If Yes, go to Step 8.
8 Did you solve your problem? If none of the previous steps fixed the problem,
then there is a problem with the product.
